-squat side kick right, squat side kick left (25 reps, 50 total kicks)
-20 burpees
-50 mountain climbers
-100 oblique twists (wacky jacks)
-100 jab punches (as fast and hard as you can)
-25 jack planks
1 minute break.
REPEAT 5 TIMES
ABS:
20 basic crunches
1 minute flutter kicks
50 bicle crunches
REPEAT
